Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DailyEd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using DailyEd on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Description of Service

DailyEd is an educational platform that allows teachers to create, share, and publish interactive classroom activities including slideshows, quizzes, polls, discussions, and other formats. Students can access shared activities through unique links provided by their teachers.

Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of DailyEd. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a teacher account. Students may access shared activities without creating an account, subject to their school's policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DailyEd only for lawful educational purposes. You may not use the Service to upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or access it through automated means without our permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the activities, media, and other content you create on DailyEd ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute Your Content as necessary to operate DailyEd — for example, to show your shared activities to students or to display published activities in the library.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If you publish an activity to the public library, other teachers may view and use it in accordance with DailyEd's sharing features.

Intellectual Property

DailyEd, its logo, design, and underlying software are the property of DailyEd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

Termination

You may stop using DailyEd at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or if we need to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though we may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

DailyEd is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any content created or shared by users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyEd and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of DailyEd after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
